8 weeks of spiritual resilience with Dan Tyre

The last week of July 2020, I graduated from the Pipeline Generation Bootcamp taught by Dan Tyre himself . A man I had admired for many years. I remember when Joaquín Flores recommended that I apply for an 8-week sales course taught by him… I didn’t hesitate for a second, I filled out the application and hoped for the best. Weeks went by and finally I received an acceptance email, saying that I had been accepted from among many hundreds of participants.

The whole process was very exciting, not only because of what it meant to do it with a person I admire a lot (now more than before), but because I had to abandon many habits that were comfortable for me and adopt new ones that were very challenging.
Here I summarize my experience:

1- Always remember why you do it

If you don’t have a clear objective, you’ll get sidetracked by the first “no.” Even if you’re trying to grow your business, not everyone will be willing to listen to what you have to offer. That’s right, the 80/20 (Pareto law) applies to almost everything in life. Therefore, the best way to continue after receiving some “no”s that you didn’t expect is spiritual resilience to be very clear about why you’re doing it. Remember that getting enough of them won’t get you those “yes”s you long for. I’m not saying it, it’s the 80/20 rule.

2- The importance of relying on a community

There are times when you have received so many “no’s” that no goal can withstand so much frustration. Find a community, a community that understands you and can help you get up and give you a little push when you think you have spiritual resilience reached your limit. Life is much easier when you go through it with someone else.

3- You just want to help

One of the main reasons that motivates me is that I want to help. I want to listen to you, understand your problem and see if I can help solve it. In business as argentina telemarketing in life, there are many people who do not want to receive your help, or who you simply do not know how to help. Accept it and try to help someone else.

4- Ask the questions that really matter

The difficult questions, the ones that sometimes have no answer, are the best ones. They are the ones that generate change and make a difference. At first, they are hard to ask, but when you know that without them, you won’t be able to help them, you will learn to ask them in a gentle way that will still bring you the answers you need.

5- It’s not magic, it’s science

In the Pipeline Generation Bootcamp taught by HubSpot, they teach proven, repeatable, and scalable methods. We are all skeptical until the 4th or 5th mobile marketing is important for b2c companies week, and in the 8th week we realize that it is science, not magic, and that our successes are replicable. You just have to follow a few basic steps and, of course, make the calls.

6- Have fun while doing it

I want to thank Dan Tyre from the bottom of my heart. He really likes to help, no matter how much it costs you, if you are willing to do the work, he will make it happen and you will have fun in the process. Thank you Dan for your energy and enthusiasm, especially in this  year that has affected us all so much, it was wonderful to learn from you.

7- Measure your results

Work on your sales process, measure everything, understand what part of your processes are failing and work on them. Ask for help, record your calls, do roleplays. Now measure again.

8- Set aside time every day to call

Pure science, if you don’t call, you won’t have anyone to help. Do you remember why you do it? The key is consistency and dedication. If you don’t make the calls, you won’t be able to connect with the people you want to help. Always remember what facebook users your motivation is and stay focused on your goal. Every call is an opportunity to offer your help and make a difference in someone else’s life. Don’t stop, keep going and make a difference!
